To ensure a safe and well-maintained environment please report any issues you encounter on Brackmills Industrial estate.

To report potholes, blocked drains, damaged roadside furniture/street signs visit Highways.

For litter, fly tipping and graffiti contact West Northamptonshire Council.

To report streetlights that are not turned on or are damaged visit Northamptonshire Council.

For all other issues – such as abandoned vehicles and cars parked inconsiderately, please contact the BID Team using the contact form
