Our 2025 Annual General Meeting will take place at 8.30am – 10.30am on Wednesday 10th September 2025, at FESTO, Caswell Road on Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.rnrnAt the AGM you will meet our BID Directors and BID Team and find out about recent projects, events and initiatives run by and supported by Brackmills BID.rnrnAccounts for the company are to be formally approved and in accordance with the Articles of Associations all Directors must retire and thereafter be entitled to put themselves up for re-election.rnrnMembers may put forward persons to stand as a Director and if any Member would like to put themselves forward or anyone else for consideration as a Director, please let the BID have notice of this intention using the emails below.rnrnThis event is exclusively for BID members – you need to be based on Brackmills to be eligible to attend. All attendees are required to pre-register using the form below.rnrnPlease advise of any dietary requirements, light refreshments will be provided.
